Location is perfect. Station at the doorstep. Just one stop away from main station. Facilities are very good. Staff is mostly efficient and cooperative. Perfect for tourism and exhibitions both. I definitely will stay there again

Excellent location: 1) across the road from metro station. 2) one metro stop or 15 minutes' walk to central station 3) 3 minutes' walk to tram stops 4) 25 minutes walk to main museums and/or old town 5) 7 minutes' walk from skyline plaza...a main shopping mall. I did day trips to Mainz and Bad Homburg....very easy and convenient. Away from the noise and dirt of central areas. But note, nothing else is around if you like a bustling dining scene, because this is a business hotel next to the Messe centre. Very clean, comfortable room. I asked for one not facing the main road. Late checkout was possible. Complimentary fruit, water, and sometimes pastries, at reception.

The room met all expectations. The bed was very comfortable. In fact, nothing to comment on or criticise. Breakfast was well arranged and was very good. The service was also super. Nice and helpful people. I think expectations for about the location is different for everyone. But for me, the location was super convenient. My office is across the street. There is no better location for me.

Excellent attitude of the staff to any request! Great breakfast. Very clean. Good location, right across the shopping plaza, 2 minutes to metro.

This is a great hotel in the West End that's super convenient to public transportation, too. The beds and room were very comfortable and of a decent size and the breakfast was outstanding. There were many options for me, and I avoid dairy and gluten. Due to prior, paid-for reservations, I moved at a luxury hotel downtown and regretted leaving the ease and convenient location of this hotel. The neighborhood here feels very safe and walking around after dark to go to the West End restaurants is a big benefit of this location.

Excellent location, just across the Messe, the U-bahn station, and walkable from the main train station. There was a welcome drink of cold water and sweets on the first day we arrived and on the second day there were cold drinks (beer, aperitif) which was very welcome given the heat wave. There were muffins, sweets, and KitKats. I'm not interested in sweets but I though it was a nice touch. The rooms were nice and clean but I can still spot some things (but I have a high standard). The beds were comfortable and the size of the room was sufficient. We requested a quiet room and our request was accommodated.

The closeness by foot from the central train station suited me. The location is brilliant:I liked having a nice view through the window at the enormously big buildings that are a true sign of Frankfurt. The room was super cozy and the bed was comfortable. It was a marvelous two nights stay, alone. The reception answered any question I had. They worked at 5.45 am when I left the room. Normal price. Bathroom had special mirror for makeup and was large and had bathtub. I truly felt special, the hotel room was really great.

- room was beautiful and there was enough space for all my belongings - the bed is comfortable - daily cleaning - well located close to the tram/ metro and not far from the center - free snacks/ water at the reception

The rooms were quite comfortable. The location is great, it is close to the main train station but on 'the good' part. The in-room service was great.
